My own project-management platform where AI drafts and humans approve: voice control, task generation from a spec, external agents over MCP.
The brief
Take the routine out of project management without handing control to the machine: intent parsed from speech, mutations guarded by a preview, AI tools for tasks, decomposition, estimates and proposals.
PRO-dela is a project-management platform with AI tooling. Projects respond to voice: the intent is parsed from speech, and every operation runs through a parse → preview → confirm → execute pipeline. Ambiguities are resolved with clarifying questions, and mutating actions are guarded by a preview.
The AI tools follow one principle — agents draft, humans approve: generating tasks from a spec, decomposing a project into stages, estimating it, writing a proposal, improving the spec.
External AI agents — opencode, Claude Code, Codex — connect to a project over MCP.
Outcome
A parse → preview → confirm → execute voice pipeline, AI tools with human approval, and external agents (opencode, Claude Code, Codex) connecting over MCP.
